On March 18, 2025, from 11:46 AM to 1:37 PM IST, our eSign application experienced an outage affecting the homepage functionality across US, EU, and CA regions. The issue was caused by a missing parameter in a JSP file introduced during our latest deployment. Our team identified the problem and restored service by rolling back to the previous stable version. We've implemented additional testing procedures to prevent similar issues in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
